Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir VAS „Starptautiskā lidosta „Rīga”” lidlauka vadības departamenta motivācijas sistēmas pilnveidošanas iespējas. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir pamatojoties uz teorētiskām atziņām, izpētīt motivācijas sistēmu VAS „Starptautiskā lidosta „Rīga”” lidlauka vadības departamentā ,atklāt nepilnības un sniegt priekšlikumus tās pilnveidošanai. Darbs ir sadalīts trīs daļās. Pirmā daļa sastāv no motivēšanas būtības un teoriju raksturojuma. Otrajā daļā autore apskata motivēšanas sistēmas veidus. Trešajā daļā ir uzņēmuma motivācijas sistēmas novērtējums un darbinieku aptaujas analīze. Bakalaura darba nobeiguma daļā autore izsaka secinājumus un priekšlikumus departamenta motivācijas sistēmas uzlabošanai. Bakalaura darba apjoms ir 63 lapas. Bachelor work „Motivation system improvement possibilities in „Riga International Airport” management department of aerodrome” The aim of the bachelor work is to identify imperfections and provide suggestions to improve the „Riga International Airport” management department of aerodrome motivation system. The system will be analysed based on the available theoretical literature. The main body of the work is divided in three sections. The first section introduces with the basics and theory of motivation. In the second section the author presents different types of motivation systems. In the third section the company’s motivation system is assessed and employee survey analysed. In the finals section the author gives conclusions and proposals to improve the „Riga International Airport” management department of aerodrome motivation system.
