Starptautiskas internetā bāzētas projektu administrēšanas un vadības sistēmas izveide un ieviešana

Abstract

Bakalaura darba nosaukums ir “Starрtautiskas internetā bāzētas projektu administrēšanas un vadības sistēmas izveide un ieviešana”. Šī darba mērķis ir apskatīt teorētiskos sistēmas veidošanas aspektus, izpētot pašreizējo praksi un nosakot tās pozitīvās un negatīvās iezīmes, rezultātā aprakstot jaunveidojamo sistēmu un izveidojot tās principiālo modeli. Šajā darbā ir aprakstīts, kā jāveido jauna starptautiska projektu vadības sistēma, un kādas ir lietotāju nepieciešamības, kuru nodrošināšana veicina jauna konkurētspējīgu produkta radīšanu ar plašām izaugsmes iespējām. Darba struktūru veido trīs daļas, kas parāda problēmas teorētisko pamatojumu, pašreizējās pieredzes analīzi un jaunveidojamās sistēmas aprakstu. Kopējais darba apjoms ir 67 lapaspuses. Darbā iekļautas 4 tabulas un 8 attēli. Izmantotās literatūras sarakstā ir iekļauti 22 izmantotās literatūras avoti.

The title of this bachelor`s thesis is "International Internet-based project management and control system design and implementation." The objective of this thesis is to look at the theoretical aspects of system development by exploring current practices and to determine their positive and negative characteristics, as well, at the result to describe the newly creatable system and its principal model. In the work it is described, how to create a new international project management system, and what are the user needs, the provision of which contribute to the creation of new competitive products with a wide range of growth opportunities. The thesis consists of three chapters, where the first one describes the theoretical basis of the international project management system problem. Second chapter contains analysis of current practices and the third one is dedicated to the new system description. The total amount of the thesis is 67 pages. Work includes 4 tables and 8 pictures. There are listed 22 sources of literature.
