Klientu apmierinātība ar ,,IL PATIO" restorānu tīkla sniegto servisu Latvijā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba temats ir „Klientu apmierinātība ar restorānu tīkla "Il Patio" sniegto servisu Latvijā.” Darbā tiek raksturota ēdināšanas uzņēmumu nepieciešamība un to vieta tūrisma nozarē, kā arī parādīta servisa kvalitātes nepieciešamība un svarīgums restorānu tīklā „Il Patio”, aprakstīti korporācijas mērķi un stratēģijas principi. Darbā tiek pētīta klientu apmierinātība ar restorānu tīkla "Il Patio" sniegto servisu Latvijā un izstrādāti priekšlikumu servisa kultūras pilnveidošanai dotā uzņēmumā. Darba apjoms ir 64 lappuses, un tas sastāv no 4 daļām. Darbā ievietotas 8 tabulas, 15 attēli un iekļauti 3 pielikumi, izmantoti 28 bibliogrāfiskie avoti.

The topic of the thesis is "Client satisfaction with the services provided by Il Patio restaurant chain in Latvia". Thesis describes the importance and the place of the company in the tourism industry in general. Thesis disusses the need for quality service and the importance of the "Il Patio" restaurant chain, describing the corporate objectives and the principles of strategies. While working on thesis, customer satisfaction towards the service provided by "Il Patio" was studied and therefore developed proposals to improve the overall service quality of the company. The volme of the thesis is 64 pages consisting of 4 parts. Thesis has 8 tables, 15 images, 3 attachments and were used 28 bibliographic sources.
