Brīvu darbaspēka kustību ierobežojošie faktori Eiropas vienotajā tirgū

Abstract

Laikā, kad Eiropas Savienība pārcieš ekonomisko krīzi, ir ļoti svarīgi ievērot Eiropas integrācijas pamatprincipus, kas nodrošinājuši Eiropas Savienības attīstību iepriekšējos gadu desmitos. Viens no Eiropas integrācijas pamatprincipiem ir brīva darbaspēka kustība. Bakalaura darba galvenais mērķis ir noskaidrot kādi ir faktori, kas ierobežo brīvu darbaspēka kustību Eiropas vienotajā tirgū. Lai sasniegtu mērķi, pirmajā nodaļā tiek analizēti starptautiskās migrācijas teorētiskie aspekti un tās ekonomiskā ietekme uz valstu attīstību. Otrajā daļā tiek analizēta viena no Vienotā tirgus pamatbrīvībām- brīva personu kustība, kas ietver brīvu darbaspēka kustību. Darbā tiek izpētītas brīvas darbaspēka kustības priekšrocības un pastāvošie ierobežojumi. Trešajā daļā tiek veikta aptauja, lai noskaidrotu respondentu viedokli par faktoriem, kas ierobežo brīvu darbaspēka kustību ES. At a time when the European Union is experiencing an economic crisis, it is very important to follow the basic principles of European integration, which ensured the development of the European Union in the past decades. One of the fundamental principles of European integration is the free movement of labour. Bachelor thesis main objective is to find out what are the factors restricting the free movement of workers within the single market. To achieve the goal, the first chapter analyzes the theoretical aspects with international migration and its economic impact on national development. The second part analyzes one of the single market freedoms, free movement of persons, including the free movement of labour. The paper explores the benefits of free movement of labour and the current restrictions. The third part is a survey to ascertain the views of respondents on the factors restricting the free movement of labour in the EU. Bachelor thesis concludes by drawing of conclusions and proposals.
