Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir SIA „Tieto Latvia” personāla motivācijas sistēmas analīze. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir, pamatojoties uz teorijā sniegtajām atziņām par personāla motivāciju, analizēt SIA „Tieto Latvia” personāla motivācijas sistēmu un izstrādāt rekomendācijas motivācijas sistēmas uzlabošanai. Darbs sastāv no trim nodaļām. Pirmajā nodaļā autore apskata personāla motivācijas teorētiskos aspektus – personāla motivācijas kā vadīšanas funkcijas būtību, motivācijas sistēmu, motivēšanas veidus, kā arī izskata darbinieku apmierinātības ietekmējošos faktorus. Otrajā nodaļā autore aplūko kādas ir personāla motivācijas teorijas un kādas ir to izmantošanas iespējas mūsdienās. Trešajā nodaļā tiek veikta uzņēmuma motivācijas sistēmas analīze, darbinieku aptauja, kā arī izteikti priekšlikumi personāla motivācijas pilnveidošanai. Noslēguma daļā autore izsaka secinājumus par bakalaura darbā apskatītajiem motivācijas aspektiem, kā arī sniedz priekšlikumus uzņēmuma personāla motivācijas pilnveidošanai. The theme of the Bachelor’s thesis is „An analysis of employee motivation system at Tieto Latvia Ltd”. The purpose of the Bachelor’s thesis is to analyze employee motivation system in Tieto Latvia Ltd, based on the insights from employee motivation theory, and to develop recommendations for improving the system. The thesis consists of three chapters. In the first chapter the author examines the theoretical aspects of the employee motivation – the nature of employee motivation as a management function, motivation system and types of motivation, as well as the factors affecting employee satisfaction. In the second chapter the author reviews employee motivation theories and what are the possibilities of their use today. In the third chapter the author carries out an analysis of the company’s motivation system and employee survey, as well as gives proposals for improving the employee motivation. In the last paragraph the author gives conclusions about the aspects of motivation laid out in the Bachelor’s thesis and formulates proposals to improve company’s employee motivation. The Bachelor thesis consists of 68 pages, including 18 figures, 4 tables and 3 appendices. Keywords: employee, motivation, management, employee satisfaction.
