Abstract

Maksima Bondareva diplomdarba “ Valūtas tirgus. Eiro kā valsts valūta Latvijā”. Diplomdarba mērķis ir: izpētīt tagadnes Latvijas ekonomisko situāciju un noteikt vai tā ir labvēlīga eiro ieviešanai. Lai sasniegtu darba mērķi, tika izvirzīti vairāki uzdevumi: 1.raksturot valūtas sistēmas attīstības posmi un tas pakāpeniskas izmaiņas; 2.raksturot Monetārās sistēmas attistību; 3.izpētīt eiro ieviešanas Latvijā riskus un iespējas; 4.izdarīt secinājumus par Latvijas gatavību eiro ieviešanai un izvirzīt priekšlikumus Darbs sastāv no trīm nodaļām, secinājumiem un priekšlikumiem, kā arī izmantotās literatūras saraksta. Darba primajā nodaļā īsumā apskatīts, valūtas sistēmas attīstības posmi tās vēsture un mērķi. Darba otrajā nodaļā izpētīta Monetara sistēma, to galvenās institūcijas, sistēmas un mehānismus, kā arī apskatīti konverģences kritēriji. Darba trešajā nodaļā pētīta Eiro ieviešanas labumi, Māstrihtas kritēriju izpilde, cenus tabilitātes novērtējums, kā arī riski, kuri ir iespējami atliekot eiro ieviešanu. Apjoms 68 lpp., satur 7 tabulas, 7 attēlus un 2 pielikumi, izmantoti 34 literatūras avoti.

Maksim Bondarev’s bachelor’s work “Currency market. Euro state currency of Latvia”. This work’s purpose is to explore the present economic situation of Latvia and to define whether it is favorable for the introduction of Euro. For achieving the purpose of work the followings tasks were pulled out: 1.to characterize the levels of the development of the system of currency and its’ gradual changes; 2.to characterize the development of Monitoring system; 3.to explore the possibilities and risks of Euro introduction in Latvia; 4.to make conclusions about Latvia’s readiness for Euro introduction and to make suggestions. The work consists of three sections, conclusions, suggestions and the literature list. In the first section of work are briefly considered the levels of the development of the system of currency, its’ history and purposes. In the second section is explored the System of Monitoring, its’ main institutions, systems and mechanisms, as well as the criterions of convergence. In the third section of work are explored the advantages of the introduction of Euro, the implementation of criteria of Maastricht, appraisal of the stability of prices, and the risks that could possibly postpone the introduction of Euro. The size of work is 68 pages, 7 tables, 7 images and 2 appendixes. Are used 34 literature sources.
