Bakalaura darba mērķis: izpētīt Latvijas veloaktivitāšu ietekmi uz ārvalstu tūristu piesaisti un izstrādāt priekšlikumus starptautiskā tūrisma attīstīšanai Latvijā.
Bakalaura darba struktūra: Darbs veidots 4 nodaļās. 1. nodaļā analizētas teorētiskās nostādnes par tūrisma nozari un tās evolūciju. 2. nodaļā- velotūrisms kā aktīvā tūrisma veids un veloaktivitāšu loma tūrisma attīstībā, ilgtspējīga velotūrisma nozares attīstības tendences, stratēģijas un prakse Eiropā 3. nodaļā velokultūras un velotūrisma situācija Latvijā. Velokultūras, velotūrisma empīriskā pētījuma apraksts, iekļauts darba 4. Nodaļā, kurā arī izvirzīti secinājumi un priekšlikumi.
Izmantotās metodes: teorētiskās literatūras, pētījumu un normatīvo dokumentu analīze, anketēšana, daļēji strukturētā intervija.
Pētījuma bāze: 198 Latvijas velobraucēji, 61 ārzemju velosportists, TIC konsultants.
Bakalaura darbā iekļautas: 7 tab, 39 att, 3 pielikumi. Izmant. lit -73 vienības. Kopā 108 lpp. The aim of the research: to study the influence of cycling activities to the attraction of international tourists and to draft the recommendations for the development of international tourism in Latvia.
The structure of the bachelor`s paper: 4 chap.. Theoretical approaches of the tourism branch and evolution is analysed in the 1st chap. 2nd chapter reveals the cycling tourism as the type of active tourism and describes the role of cycling activities in the development of tourism, marketing of the cycling tourism and sustainable cycling tourism trends, comparison of practice in the Europe. 3rd chap. enlightens the situation of cycling culture. The description of the empirical research of the cycling culture and cycling tourism in Latvia is in 4th chap. and conclusions and recommendations.
Methods used: analysis of theoretical literature, researches and normative documents, semi structured interview.
Research base: 198 cyclists in LV, 61 international cycling athletes, TIC consultant.
