Uzņēmuma SIA „AV Stils” darbības pilnveidošana

Abstract

Darbā apskatīts konkrēta akmens apstrādes nozarē darbojušās uzņēmuma pilnveidošanas iespējas, kuras attiecas uz tādiem uzņēmuma darbības parametriem kā pāreja no izejvielu apstrādes pakalpojumu pirkšanas uz ražošanu, reklāmas plānošana un darbinieku motivēšanas procesa pilnveidošana. Darba ietvaros tika izstrādāti priekšlikumi uzņēmuma ražošanas procesa ieviešanai un organizēšanai, izstrādāts konkrēts reklāmas plāns un ar socioloģiskas aptaujas pētījuma metodes palīdzību novērtēts darbinieku motivēšanas process uzņēmumā, uz kā pamata tika piedāvāti šī procesa pilnveidošanas virzieni. Kopējais darba apjoms ir 89 lpp, tajā ir 23 attēli un 9 tabulas, pievienoti 5 pielikumi. Atslēgvārdi: ražošana, reklāma, darbinieku motivēšana, akmens apstrāde, ražošanas cehs, aptauja.

The main task of this paper is to examine the improvement of the work of concrete enterprise in stone manufacturing industry. The main direction of improvement is concerned with transition from buying stone manufacturing services to self production, planning advertisement and improvement of the employee motivation process. Author of this paper have developed suggestions for implementation and organization of production process, made concrete advertisement plan and with the method of sociological questionnaire assessed process of employee motivation in the enterprise to define the main direction of it`s improvement.
