Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Personāla atlases un plānošanas process AS “Latvijas Krājbanka”. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir aprakstīt personāla plānošanas un atlases, kā arī ar tiem saistītos procesus AS „Latvijas Krājbanka”, un salīdzināt šos procesus ar AS „Parex banka” un AS „Baltic International Bank”. Tā kā daudzās nozarēs trūkst kvalificētu darbinieku un uzņēmuma darbība lielā mērā ir atkarīga tieši no personāla, tad personāla plānošana un it īpaši atlase ieņem nozīmīgu lomu. Par pamatu analīzei tiek izmantotas banku procedūras un nolikumi, likumi un citu autoru darbi, kā arī personīgā pieredze. Darbā tiek apskatīti personāla plānošanas un atlases, kā arī ar tiem saistītie procesi AS “Latvijas Krājbanka”, AS “Parex banka” un AS “Baltic International Bank”. Bakalaura darbā ir 2 tabulas un 7 attēli, kopējais lappušu skaits 68 un 3 pielikumi. Izmantotās literatūras avoti 25.

Theme of baccalaureate work " Process of selection and planning of the personnel in joint-stock company of Latvijas Krājbanka". The purpose of baccalaureate work to describe all the processes connected with selection and planning of the personnel and also to compare these processes to joint-stock company „Parex banka” and with joint-stock company „Baltic International Bank”. Because skilled employees are not enough in many industries, and activity of enterprise in a greater degree depends exactly on a personnel, the to planning and, especially, selection of personnel has a very important role. By basis of analysis were used bank procedures and rules, laws of Latvian Republic and work of other authors and also own experience. Processes on a selection and planning of personnel in JSC "Latvijas Krājbanka", JSC "Parex banka" and in JSC "Baltic International Bank" are examined in work. There are 2 tables and 7 images in baccalaureate work, amount of pages is 68 and 3 appendixes. Amount of the used sources of literature is 25.
