| dc.description.abstract | Gundars Leonovičs. Bakalaura darbs „Nekustamo īpašumu nozares un uzņēmumu darbības recesijas periodā analīze”.
Bakalaura darba pirmajā daļā, pamatojoties uz speciālo literatūru, pētītas nekustamā īpašuma tirgus īpatnības, tirgus cikli un to kopsakarība ar citiem biznesa cikliem, kā arī cenas veidošanās nekustamā īpašuma tirgū un to ietekmējošie faktori. Otrajā daļā raksturotas nekustamā īpašuma attīstības un krīžu tendences dažādās pasaules valstīs. Trešajā nodaļā detalizēti analizēts Latvijas nekustamā īpašuma tirgus, tā attīstību ietekmējošie faktori, raksturoti attīstības periodi, salīdzinoši analizētas Baltijas valstu nekustamā īpašuma tirgus tendences pēdējo gadu laikā, kā arī izpētītas nākotnes prognozes un speciālistu ieteiktie pasākumi (strukturēto interviju rezultāti) nekustamo īpašumu uzņēmumu darbībai tirgus recesijas periodā.

| dc.description.abstract | Gundars Leonovičs. Bachelor paper „Analysis of real estate sphere and companies` activities during recession period”.
The first chapter of the bachelor paper, basing on the special literature, studies the peculiarities of real estate market, market cycles and their interrelation with other business cycles, as well as formation of price in real estate market and the factors affecting it. The second chapter describes the tendencies of real estate development and crisis in various countries in the world. The third chapter analyzes in detail the real estate market in Latvia, the factors affecting its development, describes the development periods, provides the comparative analysis of real estate markets in Baltic countries during the recent years, as well as includes the study of the forecasts and the measures recommended by specialists (results of structured interviews) for business growth of real estate companies during the period of market recession.
