Darba praktizēšanas pasākumu ietekme uz Garkalnes pagastu

Abstract

Aktuāli ir kļuvuši dažādi Eiropas Savienības un valsts atbalsta projekti, kas palīdzētu samazināt bezdarba līmeni Latvijā. Taču ne tikai nodarbinātības problēma mūsdienās ir aktuāla; arī tēma „darba vadīšana un darbinieku motivācija” ir kļuvusi nozīmīga. Šī darba mērķis ir konstatēt kā Eiropas Sociālā fonda projekta „Darba praktizēšanas pasākumu nodrošināšana pašvaldībās darba iemaņu iegūšanai un uzturēšanai” darbinieku apmierinātība ar darbu un motivācija ietekmē saimniecisko darbu rezultātus Garkalnes novadā. Izmantojot tādas pētījuma metodes kā intervija un aptauja, bakalaura darbā tiek secināts: Lai gan projekts pozitīvi uzlabo Garkalnes novada teritorijas sakoptību, gan projekta dalībnieki, gan tā vadītājs izsaka vēlēšanos uzlabot projekta norisi, kas varētu arī uzlabot projekta ietekmi uz Garkalnes novadu.

European Social Fond and other supportive projects that help to decrease unemployment have become a topical issue in nowadays. However, not only the problem with unemployment is urgent, the theme „work management and employee motivation” has also become of great importance. The aim of the bachelor paper is to ascertain the effect of the project “The practice of employment events in regions acquiring and maintaining working skills” participants on the environmental works in the local territory of Garkalne. Having applied the following methods of research – interview and inquiry – the author has drawn the following conclusions: Though the project leaves a positive effect on the environment in the territory of Garkalne, the project participants as well as the managers express the need for improvement in the project implementation, which may lead to a better impact on the environment in the territory of Garkalne.
