Velotūrisma attīstības iespējas Rīgā

Abstract

Darba mērķis ir izveidot jaunu un aktuālu, Rīgas viesiem (tūristiem) interesantu un pieņemamu, velotūrisma maršrutu, kuru piedāvāt Rīgas velonomām un citām vietējām tūrisma organizācijām. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no piecām nodaļām un to apakšnodaļām. Pirmās trīs nodaļas ir veltītas bakalaura darba tēmai atbilstošai teorijai par velotūrismu, kā sporta tūrisma un atpūtas tūrisma veidu, kā arī par jauna velotūrisma produkta virzīšanu tirgū. Ceturtajā nodaļā aplūkotas velotūrisma attīstības iespējas un šobrīdējie mērķi, tā izmantotie resursi un infrastruktūra pašreizējā piedāvājumā. Piektajā nodaļā aprakstīts bakalaura darba autora izveidotais velotūrisma maršruts, kas veidots balstoties uz darba gaitā iegūtajiem rezultātiem. Darbā ir 98 lapas, 13 tabulas un 7 attēli, 11.pielikumi. Atsaucēs atrodas 96 literatūras avoti.

The purpose of this work is to create an actual, new bicycle route for Riga’s guests which is interesting and acceptable for the tourists and can be offered at bicycle rentals as well as travel agencies in Riga. The paper consists five chapters and subchapters. The first three chapters of this undertraduate work are devoted to theoritical parts about sports tourism and bicycle tourism as a sports or leisure activity. Also included is a theoritical portion about the new product’s promotion in the market. The fourth chapter contains developmental opportunities of bicycle tourism and current goals. The goals include the used resources and infrastructure of the current available opportunity. Chapter five describes the undergratuate work’s author’s created route based on his work’s conclusions and results.
