Bakalaura darbā ir veikta restorānu tīkla SIA”DC restorāni” sortimenta analīze pēc objektu atrašanās vietas un apgrozījuma apjoma.
Bakalaura darba mērķis ir izpētīt Double Coffee restorānu sortimenta struktūru, izveidoto sortimenta grupu tendences laika gaitā, kā arī izveidot priekšlikumus sortimenta uzlabošanai un apgrozījuma palielināšanai.
Veicot analīzi, tiek secināts, ka lielāko daļu apgrozījuma un peļņas uzņēmumam dod tieši dzērienu sortiments. Veicot Pareto analīzi, autors secina, ka 20% sortimenta veido tikai 44% kopējā apgrozījuma, jo restorānu sortiments ir ļoti plašs un paredzēts ļoti atšķirīgam klientu lokam. Sortimenta analīze pēc atrašanās vietas pierāda, ka izdevīgākā restorānu dislokācija ir Rīgas centrālā daļa.
Darba izstrādāšanā ir izmantoti uzņēmuma dati par 2008.-2010.gadu.

The aim of bachelor thesis is to research the structure of assortment of the restaurants Double Coffee, during the trend of the formed assortment groups, and to develop suggestions for improvement of assortment and increase of turnover.
When performing the analysis it was concluded that the most part of turnover and profit is given to the company by the assortment of drinks. When performing Pareto analysis, the author drew a conclusion that 20% of assortment makes just 44% of the total turnover because the assortment of the restaurant is very wide and foreseen for different clients. Assortment analysis by location proves that the most favourable restaurant dislocation is in the central part of Riga.
Company’s data of 2008-2010 were used in developing of the paper.
