A N O T Ā C I J A

Bakalaura darba tēma ir „Personāla vadības pilnveidošana SIA Begis”. Personāla vadība ir viens no galvenajiem faktoriem uzņēmuma stratēģijas īstenošanā, kas ietekmē konkurētspēju. Personāla vadības īstenošana ir aktuāla problēma uzņēmumos, jo ne visas organizācijas to izmanto, uzskatot personāla vadību par nenozīmīgu faktoru. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir pilnveidot personāla vadību uzņēmumā SIA „Begis”. Balstoties uz teorētiskajām atziņām par personāla vadību un praktiskajā pētījumā iegūto informāciju, darba autore apkopoja secinājumus un izstrādāja priekšlikumus personāla vadības pilnveidei. Bakalaura darba apjoms ir 69 lapaspuses, tajā ievietotas 14 tabulas, 22 attēli, ka arī pievienoti 7 pielikumi. Izmantotās literatūras sarakstā ietvertas 25 publikācijas.

A B S T R A C T

The theme of the present paper is "Improvement of Personnel Management in Begis Ltd.". Personnel management is one of the most important factors in the company's strategy, which affects competitiveness. Implementation of Personnel Management is an urgent problem in companies, because not all organizations practise it, and often consider Personnel Management to be as irrelevant factor. The Aim of the Bachelor thesis is to improve personnel management in the company Begis Ltd. Based on the theoretical knowledge of personnel management and the obtained information in the research, the author drew conclusions and made proposals for improvement of personnel management. The Bachelor paper consists of 69 pages, it includes 14 tables, 22 figures, and it also includes 7 appendices. References include 25 publications.
