Abstract

Bakalaura darba temats ir „Personāla motivēšana uzņēmumā SIA „TAVEX””. Darba autore – Evita Grundberga. Darba mērķis ir personāla motivācijas sistēmas novērtēšana SIA TAVEX. Pirmajā darba daļā aprakstītas teorētiskās atziņas par pētāmo problēmu. Šī daļa ir atvēlēta motivācijas jēdziena plašākai skaidrošanai, zinātnieku teorijām un metodēm. Otrajā darba daļā tiek aprakstīta uzņēmuma darbība, kā arī tiek analizēta un raksturota darbinieku motivācija un veikts pētījums par darbinieku vērtējumu par motivācijas sistēmu laika posmā no 2009. līdz 2012. gadam. Trešā daļa sastāv no motivācijas sistēmas izmaksu aprēķina un analīzes. Darbs sastāv no 61 lapas, tajā ir 6 attēli, 5 tabulas, tika aizmantoti 31 literatūras un citi informācijas avoti. The title of the thesis is Employees motivation in company SIA TAVEX. The author of the thesis is Evita Grundberga. The purpose of the thesis is to evaluate the motivational system of the employees of SIA TAVEX. In the first chapter, the author describes the theoretical justification of the issue being researched in this thesis. In this part, the author defines the concept of motivation, using different methods and theories. In the second chapter the author describes the company and analyze the motivational system of the employees. Also, in the second part there is a research on the evaluation of motivational system given by employees of SIA TAVEX from year 2009 till 2012. The last chapter is devoted to a reasearch and calculation of financial costs of motivational system. The thesis consists of 61 pages, 6 pictures, 5 tables and 31 references.
