Darba ražīguma paaugstināšanas virzieni SIA "Komerccentrs DATI grupa"

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir „Darba ražīguma paaugstināšanas virzieni SIA „Komerccentrs DATI grupa”. Darba ražīgums mūsdienu ekonomiskajā situācijā ir viens no pamata nosacījumiem, lai uzņēmēji būtu spējīgi konkurēt Latvijas un Eiropas tirgos un gūt peļņu. Bakalaura darbam ir trīs daļas. Darba teorētiskajā daļā ir apskatīts jēdziens „darba ražīgums” un pētīti darba ražīguma ietekmējošie faktori. Darba praktiskajā daļā ir veikta vispārēja uzņēmuma SIA „Komerccentrs DATI grupa” darbības izpēte, analizēti uzņēmuma darba ražīguma faktori, noskaidrotas darbinieku vajadzības un apmierinātība, veikta uzņēmuma motivācijas sistēmas analīze un sniegti priekšlikumi priekšlikumi darba ražīguma paaugstināšanai. Bakalaura apjoms ir 75 lappuses, tajā ir ievietoti 39 attēli, 2 tabulas un pievienots 1. pielikums. Izmantotās literatūrās sarakstā ir ietverti 26 literatūras avoti.

Title of the thesis is ‘’ Directions in which LTD „Komerccentrs DATI grupa” could increase labour productivity. Labour productivity in today's economic climate is one of the basic aspects for entrepreneurs to make a profit and be able to compete in the Latvian and European markets. In the business, one of the main and the most expensive component is human resource - personnel. If the entrepreneur is able to use staff more efficiently, higher is the return of invested resources. Thesis consists of three parts. The theoretical part looks into topic ‘labour productivity’’ and factors that could influence labour efficiency. The practical part consists of the ‘’LTD’’ „Komerccentrs DATI grupa’’ operational research, analyzes enterprise's productivity factors, clarifies employees needs and satisfactions, analysis of enterprises motivations system and proposals for its improvement. Theses consist of 75 pages; there are 39 images, 2 tables and attached 1 Appendix. List of references has 26 sources of literature.
