| dc.description.abstract | Viens no jebkura uzņēmuma veiksmīgas pastāvēšanas pamatiem ir tā personāls. Darbinieks ir vissvērtīgākais resurss uzņēmumā, jo viņš ir tas, kas izmanto pārējos resursus un no viņa prasmēm, zināšanām un motivācijas ir atkarīga uzņēmuma attīstība.
Bakalaura darba mērķis ir izpētīt un novērtēt personāla vadību uzņēmumā „X”un uz šīs analīzes bāzes sniegt priekšlikumus personālvadības pilnveidei.
Bakalaura darbs sastāv no trīs nodaļām. Pirmajā nodaļā tiek apskatīta personālvadība no teorētiskā viedokļa. Darba otrajā nodaļā autore ir aprakstījusi uzņēmuma „X” darbību.
Darba trešajā nodaļā tiek apskatīta uzņēmuma „X” personālvadība, tās procesi uzņēmumā, kā arī tika veikta anketēšana un tās analīze.
Bakalaura darbs sastāv no 65 lapām, 6 tabulām,18 attēliem, 1 pielikuma un 22 izmantotās literatūras avotiem.

| dc.description.abstract | One of the most successful company's foundation is its staff. Personnel is the most valuable resource of the company, because personnel is one who uses other resources, and of his skills, knowledge and motivation depends the company's development.Bachelor's work aims is to explore and evaluate human resources in Company Ltd. "X" on the base of this analysis make suggestions to improve the personnel managing.
Bachelor's work consists of three chapters. The first chapter provides an overview of personnel from a theoretical point of view. The second chapter, the author has described the company's "X" activity.
The third section provides an overview of the company Ltd."X" personnel, the processes within the company, as well was carried out the questionnaire and its analysis.
The bachelor works consists of 65 pages, It contains 6 tables, 18 pictures, 1 attachment and 22 literature sources.
