Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Darbinieku motivācija SIA “Rehabilitācijas centrs ”Tērvete””. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir izpētīt darbinieku motivāciju uzņēmumā un sniegt priekšlikumus motivācijas pilnveidošanai uzņēmumā SIA “Rehabilitācijas centrs ”Tērvete””. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no trīs nodaļām. Pirmajā nodaļā apskatīta teorija par motivācijas būtību, tās raksturojumu un svarīgākajiem darbaspēka motivēšanas faktoriem. Otrajā nodaļā raksturots uzņēmums SIA “Rehabilitācijas centrs ”Tērvete””, apskatīta struktūra un darbinieki. Trešajā nodaļā tiek veikts pētījums par darbinieku motivāciju uzņēmumā SIA “Rehabilitācijas centrs ”Tērvete””. Pēc pētījumā iegūtajiem rezultātiem ir izdarīti secinājumi un sniegti priekšlikumi uzņēmuma SIA “Rehabilitācijas centrs ”Tērvete”” darbinieku motivācijas pilnveidošanai. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no 61 lpp., tajā skaitā 30 attēli, 2 tabulas un 2 pielikumi.

The topic of this Bachelor’s thesis is „Motivation of employees in SIA "Rehabilitācijas centrs "Tērvete"".The aim of this Bachelor’s thesis is to study the employees motivation in the company and to propose suggestions for improving the employees motivation in the SIA "RC"Tērvete"". The Bachelor thesis consists of three sections. The first section deals with the theory of the nature of motivation, of its characteristics and the most important workforce motivational factors. The second section describes the company SIA "RC"Tērvete"" and deals with the structure and personnel. A research on employees motivation in the SIA "RC"Tērvete"" is carried out in the third chapter.According to the results attained from the research, conclusions have been drawn and suggestions of improving the employees motivation in the "RC"Tērvete"" have been proposed.This Bachelor’s thesis consists of 61 pages,30 images,2 tables,3 attachements.Key words:motivation,needs,employee,survey,development.
