Darbinieku motivācijas pilnveide iestādē SIA "Rīgas Austrumu Klīniskās Universitātes slimnīca"

Abstract

Bakalaura darbā autore pēta un sniedz savus priekšlikumus par darbinieku motivācijas pilnveidi iestādē „Rīgas Austrumu klīniskajā universitātes slimnīcā”. Darbu veido 4 nodaļas – motivācijas teorijas aspekti un mūsdienu metodes, kā metodiskā bāze, informācija par iestādi un pētījumu, kura izmantota anketēšana un pētījuma gaitā tika analizēti darbinieku motivācijas faktori. Secinājumos un priekšlikumos tika apkopoti darbinieku motivācijas sistēmas uzlabošanas iespējas „Rīgas Austrumu klīniskās universitātes slimnīcā”.. Nobeigumā izmantotās literatūras saraksts un pielikumi. Bakalaura darba apjoms ir 68 lapaspuses un tajā ir 30 attēli un 2 pielikumi. Bachelor work the author explores and presents its proposals for the improvement of motivation of employees in "Riga Eastern clinical University Hospital".
