Bakalaura darbā „SIA „HR Diamonds” mārketinga kompleksa analīze” autors raksturoja mārketinga kompleksa elementu teorētiskus aspektus. Darba praktiskajā daļā raksturots uzņēmums „HR Diamonds” un noteikta tā mērķauditorija, kā arī pamatojoties uz teorijas atziņām, izanalizēti uzņēmuma mārketinga kompleksa elementi. Izstrādāta aptaujas anketa, veikta uzņēmuma „HR Diamonds” klientu aptauja, iegūtie rezultāti analizēti un apkopoti. Ņemot vērā aptaujas rezultātus tika izstrādāti priekšlikumi par uzņēmuma mārketinga elementu pilnveidošanu.
Bakalaura darba mērķis ir, pamatojoties uz teorijas atziņām par mārketinga kompleksa elementiem un klientu aptaujas rezultātiem, izpētīt maza uzņēmuma SIA „HR Diamonds” mārketinga kompleksa elementus, kā arī izstrādāt priekšlikumus SIA „HR Diamonds” mārketinga kompleksa pilnveidošanai.
Bakalaura darba apjoms ir 99 lappuses. Darbā ir iekļauti 23 attēli, 6 tabulas un 4 pielikumi. Izmantotas literatūras sarakstā ir 35 avoti.

The practical part of work describes and estimates target audience of the „HR Diamonds” company, as well as the analysis of elements of marketing based on theoretical aspects. A questionnaire was designed, then the „HR Diamonds” company's clients were asked to fill it in, and the resulting data was analyzed and evaluated. Taking into consideration the outcome of the study the interventions regarding the elements of company's marketing were implied.
The aim of the bachelor's work , based on theoretical knowledge regarding marketing elements and outcomes of the customer survey, research the full set of marketing elements, as well as hat develop proposals for improvements of marketing elements of the „HR Diamonds”.
Bachelors work included 99 pages. Including 23 images, 6 tables and 4 appendixes. Referenced literature included 35 sources.
