Abstract

Bakalaura darbā autors pēta un sniedz savus priekšlikumus par projektu realizāciju uzņēmumos. Tiek skatīts, kas jāievēro, lai projekts tiktu realizēts plānotajā laika periodā, cik reāli ir aprēķināt nepieciešamās izmaksas, un cik svarīga ir vadītāja loma tajā, lai projekts izdotos. Darbu veido 3 nodaļas – informācija par uzņēmumu un tā iekšējo dokumentu analīze, teorija par projektu veidošanu un uzņēmuma veiktie projekti, kā arī tiek vērtēta uzņēmuma vadītāja vadīšanas stils un izmantota anketēšanas, intervēšanas metode. Noslēgumā, analizējot teoriju, iekšējos uzņēmuma dokumentus un pētījumu rezultātus, autors ir sniedzis savus priekšlikumus un secinājumus projektu realizācijai uzņēmumos. Bakalaura darba apjoms ir 79 lapas, tajā ietverot 8 tabulas un 5 attēlus, pievienoti 5 pielikumi.

In this Graduation Project, the author explores and presents her proposals for projects in companies. Is seen to be followed for the project to be implemented in a planned period of time is realistic to calculate the necessary costs, and the importance of the manager's role in the project to succeed. This Graduation Project can be divided into three parts; the information about the company and its internal document analysis; the theory of building projects, the driver management techniques also questionnaire and interview method has been used. In conclusion, the author has presented her conclusions and proposals for implementation of projects in companies as well as the analysis of the theory, internal company documents and studies. This Graduation Project consists of 79 pages, including 8 tables, 5 figures and 5 appendices.
