Šī darbā pirmajā nodaļā apskatīta personāldaļas nozīme un fukcijas uzņēmumā. Tuvāk apskatīts atlases process - no vajadzības apzināšanās un definēšanas, līdz konkursa izsludināšanai un kandidātu izvērtēšanai. Sniegts ieskats arī jaunā darbinieka adaptēšanās procesā uzņēmumā. Darba otrajā daļā apskatīts Cinamon - uzņēmums un tā personālatlases aspekti. Raksturota uzņēmuma personāla atlases politika, analizēts darbinieku atlases process. Atsevišķā (trešajā) nodaļā aprakstīts un analizēts apkalpošanas operatoru atlases process. Šeit aprakstīts atlases process, kandidātiem izvirzītās prasības, soļi darbinieku izvērtēšanai un lēmuma pieņemšanai.
