| dc.description.abstract | Bakalaura darbā autors pēta un sniedz savus priekšlikumus par organizācijas kultūras pilnveidošanas iespējām Smiltenes novada domē. Mūsdienās īpaša nozīme tiek piešķirta organizācijas attīstībai un pilnveides iespējām.
Darbu veido 3 nodaļas – organizācijas kultūras metodiskā bāze, organizācijas kultūras izpēte Smiltenes novada domē, kurā tika izmantotas socioloģiskās un grafiskās metodes un organizācijas pilnveides virzieni Smiltenes novada domē. Noslēgumā, analizējot organizācijas kultūras teoriju, iepazīstoties ar uzņēmuma specifiku un pamatojoties uz pētījuma rezultātiem, autors ir sniedzis savus priekšlikumus par organizācijas pilnveidi Smiltenes novada domē.
Bakalaura darba apjoms ir 62 lpp., tajā ievietotas 13 tabulas un 31 attēls, pievienoti 4 pielikumi.
