Darba samaksas sistēmas analīze Latvijas Republikā Tiesu administrācijas piemērā

Abstract

Maģistra darba „Darba samaksas sistēmas analīze Latvijas Republikā Tiesu administrācijas piemērā” temats izvēlēts, pateicoties darba samaksas problēmas aktualitātei un nozīmībai visā Latvijas Republikas tautsaimniecībā kopumā un atsevišķi izceļot - tiešās pārvaldes iestādēs. Maģistra darba pētījumu objekts ir darba samaksas organizācija, aprēķināšanas kārtība un nodokļu ieturēšanas nianses, jo tie ir būtiski un svarīgi ikvienam darba devējam un darba ņēmējam. Maģistra darba mērķis ir izdarīt pētījumu par darba samaksas organizāciju, aprēķināšanas kārtību un nodokļu ieturēšanas niansēm Latvijas Republikā laika posmā no 2001.gada līdz 2008.gada beigām, un rezultātā atklāt pozitīvo un vēl sastopamās nepilnības, izstrādāt priekšlikumus darba samaksas organizācijas sistēmas un nodokļu ieturēšanas pilnveidošanai. Iepazīties un analizēt Tiesu administrācijas darba samaksas organizācijas, aprēķināšanas kārtības un uzskaites nianses, izstrādāt priekšlikumus Tiesu administrācijas darba samaksas sistēmas pilnveidošanai. Darba beigās tiek noformēti galvenie secinājumi un priekšlikumi par darba samaksas organizāciju, aprēķināšanas kārtību un nodokļu ieturēšanas niansēm. Lai pētītu darba samaksas sistēmu, autors izmantoja datu salīdzināšanu ar iepriekšējiem periodiem, statistiskās analīzes, faktoru analīzes un grafisko pētījumu metodi. Maģistra darbs „Darba samaksas sistēmas analīze Latvijas Republikā Tiesu administrācijas piemērā” sastāv no 101 lapas, kurā ir 7 tabulas un 13 attēli. Pielikumā sniegtas 7 tabulas un 1 attēls. The subject of the Master Thesis “Analysis of Remuneration System in the Court Administration of the Republic of Latvia” has been chosen due to the topicality and significance of remuneration system problem in the national economy of the Republic of Latvia in general, and particularly in governmental institutions. The Master Thesis studies the remuneration system arrangement, its calculation procedure and peculiarities of tax withholding, since they are crucial and of high importance for every employer and employee. The aim of the Master Thesis is to perform a research on the remuneration system arrangement, its calculation procedure and peculiarities of tax withholding in the Republic of Latvia in time period from 2001 until the end of 2008, and, based on the findings, to reveal the positive aspects, as well as encounter the shortcomings, and propose suggestions for the improvement of the remuneration system arrangement and tax withholding. To get acquainted with and analyze the peculiarities of the remuneration system arrangement, its calculation procedure and accountancy in the Court Administration of the Republic of Latvia, as well as propose suggestions for the improvement of the remuneration system arrangement in the Court Administration of the Republic of Latvia. The final part of the Thesis provides general conclusions and suggestions concerning the improvement of the remuneration system arrangement, its calculation procedure and peculiarities of tax withholding. In order to research the remuneration system arrangement, the author has used the following methods: data comparing with previous periods, statistic analyses, factor analyses, and graphical research method. The volume of the Master Thesis “Analysis of Remuneration System in the Court Administration of the Republic of Latvia” is 101 page, it contains 7 charts and 13 illustrations.
