| dc.description.abstract | Darbā „Noliktavu vadības sistēmas (WMS) ieviešana un ieviešanas rezultātu analīze loģistikas uzņēmumā AS „Dominante Loģistikas Sistēma„ tiek pētīta noliktavu vadības sistēmas ievešanas ietekme uz loģistikas uzņēmumu. Darbā izpētīts loģistikas saturs un funkcionālās sfēra, aplūkoti noliktavu un transporta loģistika pamatprincipi un mijiedarbība, analizētas loģistikas attīstības tendences un loma Latvijas tautsaimniecība. Izpētīti noliktavu un transporta loģistikas instrumenti, raksturota informācijas tehnoloģiju nozīme noliktavu un transporta loģistikas attīstībā. Uz konkrētā Latvijas loģistikas uzņēmuma piemēra analizēti noliktavu vadības sistēmas ievešanas process, ievešanas nepieciešamība un rezultāti.
Balstoties uz pētījuma laikā gūtajiem rezultātiem, secināts, ka diplomdarba hipotēze, jeb pieņēmums, ka noliktavu vadības sistēmas (WMS) ieviešana būtiski paaugstina loģistika uzņēmuma darbības efektivitāti un ražīgumu, var uzskatīt par pareizu, jo analīzes rezultāti liecina par šo parametru ievērojamu pieaugumu.
Darbs sastāv no 89 lapām, 25 tabulām, 33 attēliem, 32 izmantotās literatūras un citiem informācijas avotiem, 5 pielikumiem.

| dc.description.abstract | The following paper “Warehouse management system integration and analysis of results of integration based on Dominante Logistics systems company example” contains warehouse management system implementation analysis in specialized logistics enterprise. Logistics contents and functional areas have been studied, warehouse and transport logistics principles have been overviewed, the trends of logistics have been analyzed and its role in Latvian economics determined. The instruments of warehouse and transport logistics have been studied and the role of information technologies in its development has been identified. The implementation of warehouse management system, as well as its necessity and results have been analyzed based on the data from an actual Latvia logistics enterprise.
Based on the results of the research, concluded, that the hypothesis of the paper, which states that implementation of warehouse management systems (WMS) substantially increases the efficiency and productivity of a logistics enterprise, has proved to be correct as the results of the study show a noticeable growth of these parameters.
Thesis consists of 89 pages, 25 tables, 33 figures, 32 references and other information sources, 5 appendixes.
