| dc.description.abstract | Diplomdarba tēma „Nodarbinātības politika Eiropas Savienības valstīs” ir mūsdienās aktuāla. Diplomdarbā autors pēta un analizē nodarbinātības un bezdarba problēmas būtību. Pētījuma mērķis ir pamatojoties uz teorētiskām atziņam izanalizēt un izpētīt nodarbinatību un bezdarbu Eiropas Savienībā un Latvijā, atklājot pozitīvas un negatīvas sekas, kā arī izstrādāt priekšlikumus nodarbinatības veicināšanai Eiropas Savienības valstīs un Latvijā. Darbs sastāv no 68 lapppuses, trim nodaļām, kuros ir iekļauti 13 attēli, 2 tabulas un tiek aprakstīti nodarbinātības politikas teorētiskie aspekti, nodarbinātības politika ES un Latvijā un nodarbinātības stratēģijas analīze.

| dc.description.abstract | The topic of the Thesis is „Employment policy in European Union countries”. Author explore and analyse the effect of present economic situation on employment rate and labour market in several European Union countries. The main objective of this research is to analyse consequences of the global „credit crunch” on economical condition in Latvia and Europe in general. Using theoretical data found and provided author will expose all possible advantages and obvious disadvatages from current economical situation, together with providing suggestions on improvement of European Union employment policy. Work contents from 68 pages, three units,13 pictures and 2 tables.
