Māris B. (2011.) Mārketinga komunikāciju plāns A/S „UniCredit Bank”. diplomdarbs. Rīga: Latvijas Universitāte, studiju programma „E-biznesa un loģistikas vadības sistēmas” – 81 lpp., 6 att., 11 tab., bibliogrāfija – 36 nosaukumi latviešu un angļu valodā.
Darbs sastāv no ievada, 3 daļām, secinājumiem un priekšlikumiem, 6 pielikumiem.
Darba mērķis ir izveidot mārketinga komunikāciju plānu AS „UniCredit Bank.
Pirmajā darba daļā tiek analizēta AS „UniCredit Bank” mārketinga vide, kā rezultātā izveidota SVID analīze. Tiek pētīta Banka un tās piedāvātie pakalpojumi un produkti, īpašu uzsvaru liekot uz jauno produktu - Naudas Plūsmas vadība. Pētot AS „UniCredit Bank” iekšējo vidi tiek apskatīti sekojoši jautājumi: Bankas vēsture un darbība, pieejamie resursi, esošā tirgus daļa, piedāvāto produktu un pakalpojumu klāsts, konkurējošās priekšrocības un iespējas. Savukārt, pētot ārējo vidi, tiek apskatīti un noteikti makrovides faktori, kas ietekmē AS „UniCredit Bank” darbību. Tiek analizēts pieprasījums, noteikti konkurenti un apzinātas kontaktauditorijas.
Otrajā darba daļā pamatojoties uz pirmajā darba daļā izpētīto un izanalizēto tiek izvirzīti mārketinga komunikāciju mērķi un stratēģijas, kas pakārtoti AS „UniCredit Bank” mārketinga mērķiem un stratēģijām.
Trešajā darba daļā tiek izstrādāta mārketinga komunikāciju programma, aprakstot pārdošanas veicināšanas aktivitātes, tiešā mārketinga aktivitātes, reklāmas plānu un aprēķinot Mārketinga komunikāciju budžetu.
Nozīmīgākais secinājums ir tas, ka AS „UniCredit Bank” ir starptautiska banka ar individuālu pieeju klientu apkalpošanā. Piedāvātie pakalpojumi ir augsta līmeņa un Banka ir atpazīstama kā stabila un prestiža finanšu pakalpojumu sniedzēja. Priekšlikumi ir izveidot lojalitātes programmu esošajiem klientiem un izmantot televīziju kā vienu no reklāmas medijiem. Māris B. The paper consists of an introduction, 3 parts, conclusions and suggestions, 6 appendices.
The aim of the research is to create marketing communication draft for the Stock Company „UniCredit Bank”.
In the first part of the paper there is analyzed marketing environment of the Stock Company „UniCredit Bank”, as a result the SWOT Analysis is made. There is studied The Bank and services and products which is being offered, with particular emphasis on the new one product Cash Flow Management. Investigating the internal environment of the Stock Company „UniCredit Bank”, following issues are examined: The Bank history and activity, available resources, existing market share, range of services and offered products, competitive advantages and opportunities. Investigating the external environment, factors of macro environment are discussed and defined, which affects activity of the Stock Company „UniCredit Bank”. There is analyzed demand, defined competitors and identified contact audiences.
In the second part of paper, which based on the first part of the work studied and analyzed, objectives and strategy of marketing communications objectives are posed, which are subordinated for marketing objectives and strategies of the Stock Company „UniCredit Bank”.
In the third part of paper marketing communications program is developed, describing promotion activities of sale, activities of direct marketing, advertising plan and calculating the Marketing Communications Budget.
The most significant conclusion is that the Stock Company „UniCredit Bank” is an international bank with individual approach to customer service. Offered services are at high level and The Bank is recognizable as a stable and prestigious financial services provider.
The suggestions are to create loyalty program for existing Customers and to use television aso ne of the advertising media.
