SIA „Auto Rīga” finanšu stāvokļa analīze un bankrotēšanas iespējamības izvērtēšana

Abstract

Maģistra darba temats ir SIA „Auto Rīga” finanšu stāvokļa analīze un bankrotēšanas iespējamības izvērtēšana”. Maģistra darba mērķis ir novērtēt SIA „Auto Rīga” finansiālo stāvokli un bankrota varbūtību, un izstrādāt priekšlikumus tās uzlabošanai. Maģistra darbs sastāv no ievada, četrām nodaļām, secinājumiem un priekšlikumiem. Pirmajā nodaļā ir analītiska, kurā ietver temata teorētisko pamatojumu. Otrajā nodaļā aprakstīta uzņēmuma saimnieciskā darbība. Trešajā nodaļā ir analizēti sabiedrības finanšu koeficienti, tiek veikts sabiedrības finansiālā stāvokļa vispārējs novērtējums no 2007. gada līdz 2009. gadam. Ceturtajā nodaļā tiek novērtēta uzņēmuma attīstība, izmantojot bankrota modeļus. Darba nobeigumā tiek apkopoti secinājumi, kā arī izstrādāti priekšlikumi SIA „Auto Rīga” finanšu vadības uzlabošanai. Maģistra darba izstrādāšanai tika izmantota mācību literatūra, periodiskie izdevumi, Latvijas, ārzemju autoru darbi, LR likumi un citi normatīvie akti, Latvijas statistikas pārvaldes datu bāzes, kā arī interneta resursi. Maģistra darba apjoms ir 94 lappuses, tas satur 14 tabulas, 10 attēlus, 6 pielikumus un 27 literatūras avotu. The title of the master’s work is Financial Analysis of „Auto Rīga” LLC and bankruptcy probability assessment. The purpose of the master’s work is to estimate the financial standing and bankruptcy probability of „Auto Rīga” LLC, and to develop the proposals for the future financial situation improvement. Basic structure of the work consists of four main chapters, conclusions and suggestions. In first analytical chapter, the author describes about theoretical aspects of financial analysis. The second chapter describes company’s commercial activity. In the third part have been analyzed financial ratios and was made overall company’s financial situation evaluation in period between 2007 and 2009 years. The fourth chapter reflects the prognoses of the company’s development using the bankruptcy models. In the final part of the master’s work the author includes conclusions of improvement drawn on overall business activity and made suggestions for the financial management of "Auto Rīga" LLC. As sources of information are used educational literature, periodical publications, foreign, Latvian author works, LR laws and other legislation acts, the Latvian Statistics Bureau database and internet web pages. The master’s work consists of 94 pages, includes 10 images, 14 tables, 6 appendixes and 27 bibliographies.
