Stividor koppānijas kā ārējās ekonomiskās darbības dalībnieka konkurētspēja

Abstract

Tēma „Stividorkompānijas kā ārējās ekonomiskās darbības dalībnieka konkurētspēja” ir aktuāla tāpēc, ka mūsdienu apstākļos ostas uzņēmumu vērtība un efektivitāte ir noteicama gan ar faktiskajiem darbības rādītājiem, gan ar sasniegumu salīdzināšanu ar konkurentiem. Maģistra darba mērķis ir analizēt stividorkompāniju konkurētspēju veidojošus faktorus un Baltijas jūras reģiona transporta sistēmas īpašības, kā rezultātā izstrādāt priekšlikumus stividorkompānijas „LaCon” konkurētspējas palielināšanai Baltijas jūras reģionā Mērķa sasniegšanai maģistra darbs ir strukturēts 3 daļās, ko papildina ievads, autores izdarīti secinājumi un izstrādāti priekšlikumi. Maģistra darba ietvaros bija secināts, ka Rīgas Brīvostas un Gdaņskas ostas efektivitāte ir zemāka salīdzinājumā ar Klaipēdas, Ventspils un Tallinas ostām. Maģistra darba sākotnēji izvirzīta hipotēze, ka kravas pārvadātājiem, pieņemot lēmumu par stividorkompānijas izvēli, būtiskais faktors ir stividorkompānijai piederošie materiālie resursi – kravas iekārtas un izvietojums ostā, guva apstiprinājumu. Maģistra darbs uzrakstīts uz 108 lapaspusēm, un satur 23 tabulas, 29 attēlus, 11 formulas un 9 pielikumus. Izmantotās literatūras un avotu saraksts sastāv no 96 avotiem.

The theme “Competitiveness of a stevedore company as an external economic activity participant“ is actual today, due to factual work indicators and to comparison of achievements with competitors, which determine port companies value and effectiveness as that of an enterprise at this day and age. The purpose of Master’s Thesis is to analyze the factors that form competitive ability of a stevedore company and the Baltic Sea transport system features, and as a result, to work out suggestions, which are aimed on the growth of the “LaCon” stevedore company’s competitiveness at the Baltic Sea region. In order to achieve this purpose the main body of the Master’s Thesis is structured into three parts, completed with introduction, suggestions and conclusions drawn by the author. In the Master’s Thesis it was concluded that the effectiveness of the Freeport of Riga and the Port of Gdansk are lower than those of Klaipeda, Ventspils, and Tallin. The pronounced hypothesis that fundamental factor for choosing among stevedores for a cargo carrier are material resources such as location at port and the equipment in possession, got proved in this paper. The Master’s Thesis consists of 108 pages in total, contains 23 tables, 29 illustrations, 11 formulas and 9 attachments. The bibliography consists of 96 sources.
