Kokapstrādes darbnīcas izveide Baltinovas novadā

Abstract

Maģistra darba temats „Kokapstrādes darbnīcas izveide Baltinavas novadā”. Darbā tiek aplūkota šobrīd tik aktuāla problēma, kā kvalificēta darbaspēka trūkums Latgales reģiona kokapstrādes nozarē, kam būtu gan atbilstoša izglītība, gan darba pieredze, lai strādātu ar sarežģītām kokapstrādes iekārtām. Pētījuma mērķis ir, izpētot kokapstrādes nozari un bezdarba situāciju Latgales reģionā, izstrādāt priekšlikumus, lai motivētu bezdarbniekus darbam, paaugstinot to kvalifikāciju, interesi pašiem veidot savu karjeru un vairāk paļauties uz pašu spējām un iemaņām. Pētījuma rezultātā tika noskaidrota Baltinavas novadā risināmā problēma – Baltinavas novadā nav iespējas apgūt kokapstrādes prasmes. Kā vienu no virzieniem šīs problēmas mazināšanai tika izvēlēts motivēt bezdarbniekus darbam, izveidojot kokapstrādes darbnīcu Latgales reģiona Baltinavas novadā, kas ļautu apgūt pamatprasmes, jaunas iemaņas kokapstrādes jomā un celt savu kvalifikāciju. Maģistra darba apjoms ir 154 lappuses, tas satur 20 attēlus, 5 tabulas, 23 pielikumus un 19 izmantotās informācijas avotus. Master's topic "Creating woodworking workshop in Baltinava region." Work is viewed today as an urgent problem, the lack of skilled manpower in the woodworking industry of Latgale region, which should be appropriate education and work experience to work with complex woodworking equipment. The study aims is at exploring the woodworking industry and the unemployment situation in Latgale region, to motivate the unemployed to work, raising their qualifications, motivate interest in themselves to build their career and trust more on their own ability and skills. The study established Baltinava challenge for the region - Baltinava region is not available in woodworking skills. As one of the directions to reduce the problem was chosen to motivate the unemployed to work, create a woodworking shop in Baltinava region, which would allowing master basic and new skills in woodworking, and improve their qualification. Master's work have 154 pages, it contains 20 pictures, 5 tables, 23 attachments and used 19 information sources.
