Abstract

Diplomdarbā ir apskatīta tēma "Mazumtirdzniecības uzņēmuma darbības efektivitātes paaugstināšana izmantojot informācijas tehnoloģijas". Pārdomāti pielietojot informācijas tehnoloģijas ir iespējams ievērojami uzlabot uzņēmuma darbības efektivitāti. Mazumtirdzniecības uzņēmumu vadītājiem bieži trūkst zināšanas un izpratne par informācijas tehnoloģijām un to attīstības tendencēm. Diplomdarba mērķis ir izstrādāt ieteikumus pārtikas mazumtirdzniecības Sia "Revo Plus" vadītājam, kā uzlabot viņa vadītā uzņēmuma darbības efektivitāti izmantojot informācijas tehnoloģijas un to sniegtās iespējas. Darbā tiek izmantotas divas pētnieciskās metodes - analītiski pētnieciskā un novērošanas. Tika identificētas galvenās uzņēmumā esošās problēmas, kuras iespējams atrisināt ar informācijas tehnoloģijas palīdzību, un izstrādāti to iespējamie risinājumi.

Diploma work covers the theme „Improving operational efficiency of a grocery store by means of information and communication technologies”. Information technology can significantly improve operational efficiency of retail stores when used wisely. Retail store managers often possess the lack of knowledge and understanding of information technology and information technology trends. Diploma thesis is to develop recommendations for the manager of retail company Sia "Revo Plus” so he could improve operational efficiency of company by means of information technologies and their possibilities. There are two research methods used - analytical research and observation. The main complications of the business have been identified which can be solved by means of information technology and possible solutions have been provided.
