| dc.description.abstract | Darba mērķis ir izpētīt un analizēt apgrozāmā kapitāla un to sastāvdaļu vadību un tās ietekmi uz uzľēmuma finansiālo rezultātu, un izstrādāt priekšlikumus SIA „SWH Sets” apgrozāmā kapitāla vadības efektivitātes uzlabošanai.
Pamatojoties uz straujām izmaiľām ekonomiskajā situācijā, uzľēmuma attīstības nodrošināšanai svarīga efektīva resursu plānošana un vadība.
Darba pirmā un otrā daļa veltīta apgrozāmā kapitāla struktūras, vadības un ietekmējošo faktoru teorētisko aspektu analīzei.
Trešā daļā veikta SIA „SWH Sets” apgrozāmā kapitāla vadības analīze un efektivitātes novērtēšana.
Ceturtā daļā izstrādāti priekšlikumi apgrozāmā kapitāla efektivitātes uzlabošanai.
Darba apjoms ir 107 lappuses, tajā ir ietvertas 22 tabulas, 8 attēli, un 14 pielikumi.

| dc.description.abstract | The aim of the Thesis is to analyze working capital management and its impact on the company’s financial performance, to develop recommendations for SWH Sets Ltd to improve the effectiveness of working capital management.
Based on the rapid changes in the economical situation, company's growth depends on its ability to effectively plan and manage its resources.
First and second chapters are dedicated to the structure of the working capital, its management and the analysis of the affecting aspects.
Third chapter deals with working capital management analysis of SWH Sets Ltd and evaluation of its effectiveness.
Forth chapter includes recommendations made to improve the effectiveness of working capital management.
The Thesis consists of 107 pages, contains 22 tables, 8 figures and 14 appendices.
