Latvijas piena pārstrādes nozares reorganizācija pasaules kontekstā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba temats ir „Latvijas piena pārstrādes nozares reorganizācija pasaules kontekstā”. Ľemot vērā pasaules piena pārstrādes nozares reorganizācijas tendences un ārējo faktoru ietekmi uz nozares attīstību, Latvijā tika uzsākts piena pārstrādes nozares reorganizācijas process. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir izpētīt Latvijas piena pārstrādes nozares reorganizācijas nepieciešamību, kā arī izstrādāt priekšlikumus piena pārstrādes nozares uzľēmumu tālākai attīstībai. Darba trijās nodaļās autors pievēršas piena pārstrādes uzľēmumu motivāciju, uzsākt reorganizācijas procesu, izpētei un ārējo faktoru, kas rada uzľēmumu reorganizācijas nepieciešamību, noteikšanai. Balstoties uz starptautisko piena pārstrādes nozares reorganizācijas pieredzi, darba autors nosaka Latvijas piena pārstrādes nozares reorganizācijas uzsākšanas motivāciju un izpēta reorganizācijas procesa rezultātus.

The bachelor thesis is „Restructuring of dairy processing industry in Latvia in global context”. Taking into consideration restructuring tendencies of dairy processing industry and influence of outside factors on the development of this industry, restructuring process of the dairy processing industry in Latvia began. Aim of the bachelor is to explore the necessity of restructuring of Latvian dairy processing industry and to develop suggestions for further development of company working in this industry. The author in the three parts of the bachelor turns to exploration of motivation for restructuring of dairy processing companies and investigation of outside factors that make dairy processing companies to restructure. Based on the experience of restructuring of international dairy processing industry, the author establishes the motivation for restructuring of dairy processing industry in Latvia and explores the results of restructure.
