Autors savu darbu ir izstrādājis par starptautiskajām kredītreitingu aģentūrām.
Darba autors pirmajā nodaļā sniedz ieskatu kredītreitingu aģentūru vēsturē, kā arī izcelsmes valstīs.
Darba otrajā nodaļā autors sniedz vērtējumu, vai ir normatīvais regulējums, kas attiecas uz kredītreitingu aģentūru darbību, sniedz salīdzinājumu starp Eiropas Savienību un Amerikas Savienotajām Valstīm. Darba autors analizē kredītreitingus, kādi tie ir un ko tie sevī ietver.
Darba trešajā nodaļā darba autors izvērtē Latvijas pieredzi, kas attiecas uz kredītreitingiem. Darba autors aplūko, kāda informācija tiek izmantota kredītreitingu piešķiršanas procesā, vai tai ir tieša saistība ar valstīm piešķiramo kredītreitingu.
Darba noslēgumā autors izdara secinājumu - ir nepieciešama caurskatāma procedūra reitingu piešķiršanā, kā arī ir jābūt zināmiem kritērijiem, sniedz priekšlikumus procedūras pilnveidei. Produced work is about international credit rating agencies.
In the firs part of work author give description of history of credit rating agencies, gives list of the biggest world’s credit rating agencies and gives the place where they are based.
In the second part of the work author give view of law’s and regulation. Author deduces that in Europe Union and in United States of America regulation is different. In the past several years Europe Union try’s to make frame for credit rating agencies with regulation. One of the reasons is which find out author is, that the credit rating agencies came from United States of America.
In the third part author gives insight in process of credit ratings, which facts are important of economics for credit ratings.
In the summary author deduce, that credit rating agencies are necessary, but regulation in Europe Union need to be modified.
