Nodarbinātība un bezdarbs - viena no mūsu ekonomikas galvenajam problēmam

Abstract

Maģistra darba tēma „Nodarbinātība un bezdarbs viena no mūsu ekonomikas galvenajām problēmām“. Uz analizētā un pētītā materiāla pamata autore ir secinājusi , ka nodarbinātība un bezdarbs ir cieši saistīti ar iedzīvotāju dzīves līmeni,mobilitāti un iekšzemes kopprodukta apjomu. Balstoties uz analīzes datiem, autore izstrādājusi priekšlikumus nodarbinātības un cilvēku mobilitātes paaugstināšanai Daugavpilī. Darbs sastāv no trīs daļām: Darba pirmajā daļā izpētīta darba tirgus ietekme uz uzņēmējdarbību. Darba otrajā daļā noskaidrota informācija par reģionālo attīstību Latvijas novados. Trešajā nodaļā analizētas darba tirgus pieprasījuma un piedāvājuma problēmas Latgalē. Maģistra darba apjoms 86 lappuses, darbā iekļautas 7 tabulas un 7attēli, viens pielikums.

The title of the master paper: „Employment and Unemployment the Main Problems of Our Economy“. The author‘s conclusion based on the researched and analysed materials was that the employment and unemployment are closely connected with the social level of the inhabitants, their mobility and the quantity of gross domestic product. Basing on the results of the analyses the author has worked out suggestions to promote the employment and people mobility in Daugavpils. The master paper consists of three parts: In the first part the influence of labour market upon the entrepreneurship was investigated. In the second part of the work the information about the regional development in the Latgale region was studied out. In the third part the problems of the demand and supply in Latgale region were analysed. The master paper consists of 86 pages; there are 7 tables, 7 pictures and one appendix included.
