Interneta iespēju pielietošana Latgales reģiona nekustamā īpašuma vērtības palielināšanai

Abstract

Internet attīstība izraisa arī būtiskas pārmaiņas nekustamo īpašumu tirgus darbībā, tiek izstrādāti arvien jauni paņēmieni, kā piesaistīt investīcijas. Latvijā uzsākuši darbību jauni Internet portāli, kas elektroniskā veidā piedāvā iepazīt nekustamā īpašuma objektus. Tomēr šāda veida darbības attīstīšana sastopas ar dažādām grūtībām. Maģistra darba tēma ir „Interneta iespēju pielietošana Latgales reģiona nekustamā īpašuma vērtības palielināšanai”. Maģistra darba izstrādes mērķis ir noskaidrot, izpētīt un izvērtēt reģiona nekustamā īpašuma tirgus problēmas un moderno tehnoloģiju pielietošansa iespējas reģiona nekustmā īpašuma tirgus attīstīstībai. Maģistra darbs sastāv no ievada, 4 pamatnodaļām, secinājumiem un priekšlikumiem. Maģistra darba noslēgumā autors iepazīstina ar teorētiskā un praktiskā pētījumā gūtajiem secinājumiem, kā arī izstrādā priekšlikumus Latgales nekustamā īpašuma tirgus attīstīšanai Internet vidē. Kopējais maģistra darba apjoms -109 lappuses, 14 attēli,12 tabulas un 2 pielikumi.

The development of Internet provokes crucial changes in the activities of real estate’s market. New methods have been worked out in order to attract the investments. New Internet websites have started their work in Latvia offering in the electronic way to know real estates. However this activity in its development should as well face several difficulties. The title of the master paper is “The Use of Facilities for Increasing Value of Immovable Property in Latgale Region”. The aim of the master paper is to clarify, to make a research and to reassess the problems of real estate’s market in the region and the possibilities to use new technologies in the development of regional real estate’s market. The master paper consists of introduction, four main chapters, conclusions and suggestions. At the end of the master paper the author writes about the conclusions and works out the suggestions for the regional development of the real estate’s market in the Internet. The master paper contains 109 pages, 14 pictures, 12 tables and 2 appendixes.
