Vācijas uzņēmumu investīcijas Latvijā

Abstract

Maģistra darba mērķis ir izzināt Vācijas uzņēmumu tiešo investīciju apjomu Latvijā reģistrētos uzņēmumos, izpētīt to lomu Latvijas uzņēmējdarbības un tautsaimniecības attīstībā un noskaidrot Vācijas investoru apmierinātību ar Latvijas investīciju vidi un veikto investīciju atdevi. Darbs sastāv no 3 nodaļām: Darba 1. nodaļā autore veic teorētiskās informācijas izpēti par doto tēmu un apraksta investīciju jēdzienu un ar to saistītas teorijas. Darba 2. nodaļā autore veic Latvijas investīciju vides raksturojumu, kā arī apraksta ārvalstu tiešās investīcijas un vācu investoru veiktās investīcijas Latvijas ekonomikā. Darba 3. nodaļā autore veic pētījuma rezultātu apkopojumu un analīzi un salīdzina pētījuma datus ar Vācijas-Baltijas tirdzniecības kameras veiktā pētījuma rezultātiem. Darbā iekļauti 29 attēli, 12 tabulas un 3 pielikumi. Ārvalstu tiešās investīcijas, Vācija, investīciju vide, inflācija.

The aim of the present Master’s paper is to investigate the role of German companies in Latvia regarding their contribution to development of entrepreneurship and economy of Latvia, as well as to find out how satisfied German investors are with the investment environment in Latvia and the investment return. The volume of the paper is 80 pages; it consists of three chapters. In Chapter 1, the author surveys theoretical information on the chosen subject and characterises the concept of investment and theories related to it. In Chapter 2, the author describes the investment environment in Latvia, as well as the foreign direct investments and German investments in the Latvian economy. In Chapter 3, the author compiles results and analyses of the research and compares them with the results of the research carried out by the German – Baltic Chamber of Commerce.
