Procesu vadības izpēte a/s "Rebir"

Abstract

Magistra darba merķis ir izpetit rokas elektroinstrumentu razosanas procesu a/s Rebir, elektroinstrumentu atbilstību ES direktīvu prasībām, izpētīt procesu vadības problēmas un izvirzīt priekšlikumus šo problēmu samazināšanai vai novēršanai, kā arī sniegt priekšlikums. Magistra darbs ietver sevī septiņas sadaļas: •pirmajā nodaļā tiek veikta Kvalitātes vadības pamatlicēju devuma analīze; •otrajā nodaļā tiek aplūkoti ISO standarti, kā arī nereglamentētās kvalitātes vadības sistēmas; •trešajā nodaļā tiek izskatīti procesu vadība un analīze; •ceturtajā nodaļā iet runa par rokas elektroinstrumentu drošības novērtējumu atbilstoši Jaunajai un Globālai pieejai; •piektajā nodaļā ir sniegts uzņēmuma kopējais raksturojums; sestajā nodaļā tika veikts pētījums par rokas elektroinstrumentu rūpnīcas ražošanas procesu vadību, analīzi, uzlabošanu, un apkopoti rezultāti pirms un pēc procesu uzlabošanas;

The Aims of Master Paper is to investigate the production process of manual electric tools in Joint stock Company ”Rebir”, compliance with ES directives, to investigate the problems of process control and work out proposals to reduce them or solve them. Master paper consists of seven parts: •In the first part there is an analyze of contribution given by founders of Quality control done; •In the second part are viewed ISO standards, as well as non-regulated systems of quality process control; •In the third part is done a view and analyze of process control; •In the fourth part there is a view done on safety estimation of manual electric tools accordingly to the New and Global approach; •In the fifth part is done over-all profile of the company; •In the sixth part is done the research of production process control in manual electric tool factories, its analyze, improvement and the summarized results before and after processes improvement;
