| dc.description.abstract | Bakalaura darba tēma ir „Latvijas darba tirgus analīze, tā attīstības perspektīvas”
Darba mērķis ir novērtēt Latvijas ekonomikas un darba tirgus attīstību - atklāt Latvijas darba tirgus pozitīvos momentus un trūkumus, izpētīt valsts un izglītības sistēmas un ietekmi uz darba tirgu, kā arī izdarīt secinājumus un izstrādāt priekšlikumus Latvijas darba tirgus pilnveidošanai.
Pirmajā daļā tiek aplūkotas darbaspēka un darba tirgus jēdziens un to īpatnības, tiek izpētīta darba tirgus piedāvājuma un pieprasījuma mijiedarbība, un bezdarbs, kā arī ekonomikas cikliskais raksturs un tās ietekme uz darba tirgu.
Otrajā daļā tiek detalizēti izpētīta Latvijas tautsaimniecības attīstība un, kā tā ir ietekmējusi darba tirgus attīstību. Kā arī aplūkotas darba tirgus aktuālās tendences.
Trešajā daļā tiek aprakstīta un analizēta valsts izglītības sistēma, tās trūkumu un pozitīvo momentu ietekme uz darba tirgus iespējamo attīstību, valsts ietekme un aktivitātes darba tirgus problēmsituāciju risināšanā, kā | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | The topic of Bachelor paper is “Analysis of the labor market of Latvia and its development possibilities’’.
The objective of the paper is to evaluate Latvia’s economic situation and labour market development - discover the labour market’s positive moments and flaws, explore Latvia’s education systems and their influence on the labour market, as well as form conclusions and proposals for improvement of the labour market in Latvia.
The first chapter discovers labour and labour market concepts and characteristics, examines labour market supply and demand, unemployment, as well as the cyclical nature of the economic situation and its impact on the labour market.
The second chapter examines in detail the development of Latvia’s economy and how it has affected the labour market, as well as discussed current trends in the labour market.
