Abstract

Maģistra darba tēma ir „Kvalitātes vadības sistēmas ieviešanas rezultāti a/s BDO Invest – Rīga”. Pēdējos gados praksē sastopami zemas kvalitātes nekustamā īpašuma vērtējumi. Samazinās iedzīvotāju uzticība Vērtētāja profesijai. Maģistra darba mērķis ir rast risinājumus vērtētāju darba kvalitātes izcilības sasniegšanai. Maģistra darbā tika noteikti darba uzdevumi: izpētīt, izvērtēt, izanalizēt, atsegt pozitīvos momentus un trūkumus, atrast un izpētīt sakarības, izdarīt secinājumus un izstrādāt priekšlikumus, kuri saistīti ar nekustamā īpašuma vērtēšanu, sertifikāta iegūšanu, kvalitātes vadības sistēmām, auditu, organizācijas kultūru, organizācijas izcilību, lai pētījuma rezultātus varētu izmantot nekustamā īpašuma vērtēšanas sistēmā. Kvalitātes vadīšanas sistēma ir viens no instrumentiem, kurš palīdz organizācijai kļūt par Izcilu organizāciju. Maģistra darbā tika izvirzīta un apstiprinājās hipotēze: Kvalitātes vadības sistēmas ieviešana ietekmē vērtētāja kompetenci un organizācijas izcilību. Maģistra darbs ir uzrakstīts uz 106 lpp., tajā ir 4 nod., 5 att. un 12 pielikumi.

The theme of the present Master’s paper is „Results of Implementation of Quality Management System in Joint Stock Company BDO Invest Rīga”. Recently low quality real estate assessments have become common. The reliability to the profession of an assessor is diminishing. The aim of the Master’s paper is to find solutions for reaching excellent quality of assessor’s work. The following tasks were set in the paper: to research, analyze, identify advantages and disadvantages, find and explore causal relationships, to draw conclusions and to work out recommendations related to the assessment of real estate, obtaining of certificate, quality management systems, audit, corporate culture, corporate excellence in order to use the results of the research in the system of real estate assessment. Quality management system is one of the tools that help an organization to grow to an excellent company. In the research paper the following hypothesis was put forward and it proved to be true: the implementation of quality management system influences the competencies of an assessor and excellence of an organization. Master’s paper contains 106 pages, consists of 4 chapters, 5 pictures and 12 appendixes.
