Nodarbinātības analīze un darba tirgus veicināšana Prieļu novadā

Abstract

Maģistra darba tēma „Nodarbinātības analīze un darba tirgus veicināšana Preiļu novadā”. Ar bezdarbniekiem visbagātākais reģions joprojām ir Latgale. Patlaban reģionā ir vērojamas divas problēmas. Pirmā - zema iedzīvotāju mobilitāte. Tas nozīmē, ka, neskatoties uz darba trūkumu, bezdarbnieki nav gatavi pārcelties uz citu vietu, kur darbavietas ir. Otrā -, neskatoties uz neizmantoto darbaspēka resursu, uzņēmēji nesteidz uz šīm vietām pārcelt savas ražotnes. Pētījuma darbs veikts Preiļu novadā, kur ir augsts bezdarba līmenis. Uz analizētā un izpētītā materiāla pamata autore ir secinājusi, ka nodarbinātības paaugstināšana ir ļoti aktuāla tēma šodien, tai ir saistība arī ar uzņēmējdarbības attīstību novadā, un darba tirgum vajadzīgi labi sagatavoti speciālisti. Darbā veikts darba tirgus raksturojums, izskatītas pieprasītākās profesijas, analizēta komercdarbības sfēra, kā arī izglītības nozīme darba tirgū un Nodarbinātības valsts aģentūras aktīvie pasākumi nodarbinātības sekmēšanai. Balstoties uz analīzes datiem, autore izstrādājusi priekšlikumus nodarbinātības paaugstināšanai Preiļu novadā Latvijā. Darbā izmantota statistiskā analīze, grafiskās, ekonomiskās, statistiski ekonomiskās analīzes un datu salīdzināšanas metodes, veikta anketēšana un aptauja. Darba apjoms ir 85 lappuses, kurās iekļautas 13 tabulas un 40 attēli. Izmantoti 50 literatūras avoti.

The theme of master paper is “Employment analysis and labour market promotion in Preilu district”. Latgale still is the richest region with unemployed people. At this moment there are two main problems in this region. The first problem is a low mobility of population in region. In spite of lack of work, unemployed people are not ready to move to other places, where jobs are. The second problem – in spite of unused labour force in other regions, entrepreneurs are not ready to move their production units to these regions. Research was performed in Preili county, which has high unemployment level. On a foundation of the analyzed and explored material, author has come to conclusion, that increase of employment is very urgent issue today, which is related to development of entrepreneurship in county, and labour market needs well-grounded specialists. Different issues are analyzed in master paper, such as labour market description, the most marketable professions, and business sphere description, also importance of education in labour market and activities in employment promotion of State Employment agency. On a foundation of the analyzed information, author has developed suggestions how to increase employment in Preili county in Latvia. Statistical, graphical, economical analyses are used in this paper, as well as data comparison method and questionnaire. Master paper consists of 85 pages, which include 14 tables and 40 pictures. 50 literature sources have been used to develop the paper.
