SIA "COPY PRO" finansiālās situācijas analīze un attīstības iespējas salīdzinot ar konkurentiem

Abstract

Maģistra darbs veidots ar mērķi uz teorētisko un prakstisko materiālu pamata izvērtēt SIA Copy Pro finansiālās situācijas analīzes rezultātus salīdzinot ar konkurentiem un dot priekšlikumus attīstības iespējām un konkurētspējas paaugstināšanai kopēšanas nozares ietvaros.

Pirmajā daļā autors veica kopēšanas nozares un tirgus izvērtējumu. Otrajā daļā tiek izvērtēts uzņēmuma darbības raksturojums un veikts vispārējais, pakalpojumu, darbinieku, ārējās un iekšējās vides ietekmējošo faktorus raksturojums, kā arī veikta SVID analīze. Trešajā daļā pētīta finansiālā analīze teorētiskā skatījumā. Ceturtajā daļā tiek veikta kopēšanas nozares vadošo uzņēmumu finansiālās stabilitātes un maksātspējas rādītāju, ekonomiskās aktivitātes un rentabilitātes rādītāju analīze, kā arī šo uzņēmumu salīdzināšana trīs četru gadu laikā. Tiek apkopoti un izanalīzēti dati, kā arī izdarīti secinājumi par kopēšanas uzņēmumu darbību. Maģistra darba noslēgumā autors izdara secinājumus un sniedz priekšlikumus kopēšanas nozares attīstības iespējām. Maģistra darba apjoms ir 87 lapaspuses, ietverot 31 tabulu un 4 attēlus.

The Master’s Thesis has been elaborated with the objective to evaluate on theoretical and practical basis the financial situation at Copy Pro LTD and to compare the results of the analysis with competitors and to deliver proposals on development opportunities and enhancement of competitiveness within the framework of the copying field.

In the first part the author assesses the copying field and the market. The second part is dedicated to characterization of the Enterprise’s activities and characterization of factors that impact on general external and internal environment, on services and employees, also SWOT analysis. The third part is dedicated to the financial analysis viewed theoretically. The fourth part renders analysis of indexes of financial stability and solvency of leading enterprises in the copying field, of economic activities and profitability, as well as the comparison of these enterprises within three – four years. There have been generalized and analysed data, made conclusions on the copying enterprise’s activity. In conclusion of the Master’s Thesis the author infers and renders proposals on development opportunities of the copying field. Total amount of the work 87 page, 31 tab., 4 pictures.
