The present Master`s Paper represents shallow groundwater fluctuations and it`s influencing factors, and the spatiotemporal differences in Latvia. The differences of groundwater fluctuations between reference and future periods has been summarized and estimated based on the observations and modelled data. Mathematical approaches were found and improved for quantitative analysis between data. Firstly, the results proved seasonality of precipitation influence to groundwater table fluctuations and secondly, there is a significant difference between reference and future long-term monthly average groundwater level fluctuations. The regime of long-term monthly average groundwater level fluctuations will differ in areas with low continentality from the present regime of classical Latvia-specific groundwater level fluctuations.
