Divdesmit divi skolēni no Rīgas vidusskolas piedalījās pētījumā. Pētījuma rezultāti parādīja, ka, izmantojot Blūma taksonomiju un žanra pieeju, mācības kļūst uz skolēniem vairāk orientētas. Skolēni apgūst jauno materiālu, uzdodot un atbildot uz jautājumiem, apspriežot jauno materiālu, visi kopā. Pētījumi apstiprina, ka skolniekiem ir uzlabojusies domāšanas un rakstīšanas prasmes, sacerējumu rakstīšana atbilst prasībām, skolnieki, sniedzot pierādījumus, prot aizstāvēt savu viedokli. Twenty-two students of Riga secondary school participated in the survey. The results of the research showed that using Bloom’s taxonomy and genre approach the lessons become more student-centred, students acquire new material themselves by asking and answering questions and discussing things together. The study revealed that students’ thinking and writing skills have improved: most of the students were able to organize their works properly and support their point of view using evidence.
