Peritoneālās dialīzes pacientu izglītošanas modulis

Abstract

Darbā ir apskatīta tēma par peritoneālās dialīzes pacientu izglītošanu, kas ir svarīgs elements peritoneālās dialīzes pacientu aprūpes procesā. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot, kādam ir jābūt peritoneālās dialīzes pacientu izglītošanas modulim, lai tas veiksmīgi darbotos praksē. Teorētiskā daļā sniegts ieskats par pacienta izglītošanas aspektiem, veselības aprūpes personāla pedagoģisko kompetenci, aplūkota peritoneālās dialīzes pacientu izglītošanas pieredze Latvijā un citās Eiropas valstīs un zināšanu atkārtošanas nozīme peritoneālās dialīzes pacientu izglītošanā. Darbs teorētiski pamatots ar D. Oremas pašaprūpes teoriju. Praktiskā daļā tiek aprakstīta pētījuma metodoloģija, atspoguļoti rezultāti, no tā izstrādāti secinājumi un priekšlikumi. Iegūta atbilde uz pētījuma jautājumu. Darbā ir apskatīti trīsdesmit astoņi literatūras avoti par šo tēmu. Peritoneal dialysis patient education, what is important aspect of dialysis subjects care process, has been viewed in these theses. The aim of theses is to analyse what should be peritoneal dialysis subject’s education module that could successfully work in practice At theoretical part is given insight about aspects of subject’s education, health care personnel pedagogical competencies, viewed experience of peritoneal dialysis subject’s education in Latvia and other European countries and meaning of repetition of knowledge in peritoneal dialysis subjects education. Theses have been based on D. Orema self-care deficit theory. In practical part research methodology has been described, reflected results, developed conclusions from them and given proposals. Research question has been answered. Thirty-eight literature sources have been reviewed in these theses about the theme.
