| dc.description.abstract | Dihidropiridīnu savienojumi uzrādījuši neiroregulējošas,neiroprotektējošas,antikonvulsanta,analgētiskas un pretstresa īpašības.
Maģistra darbā tika pētīti jaunsintizēto dihidropiridīnu atvasinājumu(D3-69 un AV-6-93)neirofarmakoloģiskie efekti pēc šo savienojumu divu nedēļu intraperitonālas(i.p.)ievadīšanas devās 1mg/kg vienpadsmit mēnešus veciem C57LB6 līnijas peļu tēviņiem. Kā references vielas izmantoja rasagilīnu 1mg/kg, amantadīnu 1mg/kg un rezerpīnu 5mg/kg. Kontroles grupas dzīvniekiem i.p. ievadīja fizioloģisko šķīdumu. Adamantāna grupu saturošais savienojums AV-6-93 uzrādīja īslaicīgās atmiņas uzlabošanos y-maze testā. D3-69 un AV-6-93 neizraisīja efektu zero maze testā. Propargila grupu saturoši savienojumi D3-69 un rasagilīns samazināja imobilizācijas laiku Porsolt testā. Tādējādi norādot uz D3-69 potenciālu antidepresanta darbību. | dc.description.abstract | Dihydropyridines have revealed neuroregulatory,neuroprotective,anticonvulsant,analgesic and anti-stress activity.
In the MA thesis was investigated the neuropharmacological effects of the new synthesis of dihydropyridine derivatives(D3-69 and AV-6-93)after two weeks by intraperitoneal(ip)injection of this compound,in doses 1 mg/kg on the 11 moths old male C57LB16 mice. Rasagiline(1 mg/kg, amantadine(1 mg/kg)and reserpine(5 mg/kg) were taken as a reference substance,and a physiological saline was used for a control group.
Adamantane group containing compound AV-6-93 showed an improvement on short term memory in the Y-maze test. D3-69 and AV-6-93 did not raise an effect in the Zero maze test.The propargyl group containing compounds D3-69 and rasagiline reduced immobilization time in the Porsolt test,indicating a potential antidepressant activity.Keywords:dihydropyridine derivatives,Open field tests,Y-maze test,Zero maze test,Porsolt test,adamantane derivatives,propargyl derivatives. | en_US |
