Pacientu psiholoģiskie aspekti olšūnu donorēšanas procesā

Abstract

Bakalaura darbs ir izstrādāts par tēmu: „Pacientu psiholoģiskie aspekti olšūnu donorēšanas procesā”. Pētījuma izvirzītais mērķis bija izzināt iekšējās un ārējās vides psiholoģiskās slodzes faktorus, un noskaidrot māsas lomu šo faktoru mazināšanā olšūnu donorēšanas procesā. Lai sasniegtu pētījuma mērķi tika izvirzīti trīs pētniecības jautājumi: 1. Kādi ir sievietes - donores psiholoģiskie aspekti olšūnu donorēšanas procesā? 2. Kādi ir sievietes – olšūnu recipientes psiholoģiskie aspekti un spriedze olšūnu saņemšanas procesā? 3. Kāda ir māsas loma un sadarbība ar pacientu gatavojoties olšūnu donorēšanas procesam? Pētījumā tika izmantota kvalitatīvās pētniecības fenomenoloģiskā metode. Pētniecības datu ieguves metode – teorētiska literatūras avotu datu apkopošana un analīze, kā arī intervijas ar olšūnu donorēm un olšūnu recipientēm. The subject of bachelor's paper is „Patient's Psychological Aspects in the Process of Egg Donation”. The aim of bachelor's paper was to investigate the causes of psychological tension of patients in process of egg donation and to analyse the cooperation of fertility nurse and patients of egg donotion. Based upon the study's aim three research questions were proposed: 1.What are psychological aspects of woman – donor during the process of egg donation? 2. What are psychological aspects of woman – recipient the process of egg reception ? 3.What are the role of nurse and cooperation with patient prepearing fo egg donation procces? A phenomenoligical method of qualitative research was used. Method of data collection in research – generalization and analysis of sources of theoretical literature, as well as interwievs with egg donors and egg recipients.
