Pašvaldības institūciju sadarbību traucējošie faktori sociālā riska ģimeņu problēmu risināšanā

Abstract

Diplomdarba temats ir „Pašvaldības institūciju sadarbību traucējošie faktori sociālā riska ģimeņu problēmu risināšanā”. Diplomdarba mērķis – pētīt pašvaldības institūciju sadarbību traucējošos faktorus sociālā riska ģimeņu problēmu risināšanā. Diplomdarbs sastāv no piecām nodaļām: Sociālā riska ģimeņu raksturojums, Institūciju sadarbība, Sadarbību kavējošie faktori jeb veiksmīgas sadarbības priekšnoteikumi un Pašvaldības institūcijas darbā ar sociālā riska ģimenēm. Otrā nodaļa sastāv no trim apakšnodaļām: Komandas darbs, Starpprofesionālā sadarbība un Starpinstitucionālā sadarbība. Diplomdarba piektā nodaļa – empīriskais pētījums. Teorētiskajā daļā aplūkoti tādi jautājumi kā – sociālā riska ģimene, starpprofesionālā un starpinstitucionālā sadarbība, kā arī institūciju sadarbība un sadarbību traucējošie faktori. Lai noskaidrotu, kā pašvaldības institūciju speciālisti, darbā ar sociālā riska ģimenēm, vērtē līdzšinējo savstarpējo sadarbību un traucējošos faktorus sadarbības procesa laikā, autors veica pašvaldības institūciju darbinieku anketēšanu. Lai palīdzētu sociālā riska ģimenēm pilnvērtīgi atgriezties sabiedrības norisēs un uzlabotu to sociālo funkcionēšanu, nepieciešams speciālistu mērķtiecīgs, organizēts savstarpējās sadarbības process ar plašu darbības spektru. Sociālā riska ģimeņu problēmu risināšanā, svarīgi, veidot pašvaldības institūciju speciālistu sadarbību. Institūciju sadarbības mērķis ir saskaņotas darbības rezultātā palīdzēt sociālajā riska ģimenēm atgūt fizisko, garīgo un sociālo labklājību, t.i. palīdzēt integrēties sabiedrībā, bet reizēm traucējošie faktori, sadarbības procesā, ir par iemeslu, kādēļ sadarbība starp pašvaldības institūciju speciālistiem nav pietiekami veiksmīga. Autors diplomdarba empīriskā pētījuma daļā veica metodoloģijas raksturojumu, kā arī veica iegūto datu atspoguļojumu. Nobeiguma daļā autors parādīja iegūtos rezultātus un pētījuma analīzi, kā arī izdarīja secinājumus.

The subject of the coursework is „The hindering factors of local government’s institutions cooperation in social risk families problem solving”. The goal of the coursework - to study municipal cooperation bodies distractions of social risk families problem solving. Graduation consists of five sections: Characterization of social risk families, Cooperation of the institutions, Cooperation interfering factors or prerequisites for successful cooperation and Local Government institutions at work with social risk families. The second chapter consists of three subdivisions: Teamwork, Interprofessional collaboration, and Institutional cooperation. The fifth division of the coursework - the empirical study. The theoretical part deals with questions such as - social risk families, interprofessional and inter-cooperation and cooperation between the institutions and cooperation interferences. To find out how professionals of local government institutions working with social risk families valued the bilateral cooperation and the distractions, the cooperation process, the author conducted surveys with local government institutions. To assist the social risk families to return to a full public process and improve their social functioning, its recovery requires specialist targeted, organized in the mutual process of cooperation with a broad spectrum of activities. It’s important to build cooperation between professionals from local government institutions for social risk families problem solving. The institutions' cooperation is concerted action on the social-risk families to help regain the physical, mental and social prosperity, that is to help integrate into society, but sometimes interfering factors, the process of cooperation is the reason why the cooperation between local government professionals are not sufficiently successful. Author in the empirical part of the study conducted methodological characteristics, and also made the resulting data representation. The final part of the author showed the results obtained in the study and analysis, and got conclusions.
