This research logically and analytically investigates Jacques-Marie-Émile Lacan theory of four discourses. In different stages of this research it deals with meaning of language, social relations of the individuals and argumentation of such relations, preconditions of discourse formation and four discourses: discourse of analytic, master, hysteric and university.
Lacan is one of the most influentive french theoretical thinkers of 20 century second part. His theories have a great influence to the further idea development. However, frequently his investment is forgotten. This research explores Lacan discourse theory analyzing both theory, and usage in praxis.
