Jauniešu algots darbs ārzemēs - izvēle un motivācija

Abstract

Darbā ir pētīta jauniešu algota darba ārzemēs motivācija un izvēle. Tiek apskatītas motivācijas teorijas, izvēli ietekmējoši faktori un pētāmās grupas raksturojums. Kā empīriskais materiāls, pētījumā izmantotas intervijas ar darbā ārvalstīs pabijušiem jauniešiem. Iegūtās informācijas analīzes rezultātā ir izdarīti secinājumi par dažādu apstākļu kopumu, kas kļūst par noteicošajiem jauniešu algota darba ārzemēs izvēlē.

In the bachelor thesis is discussed motivation and choice of youth hired job abroad. The paper is focused on motivation theories, factors, leaving an influence on the human’s choice. It characterizes the selected group of respondents. The research is based on the interviews with young people who have been working abroad. The collected information was summarized and pointed out the main aspects about the youth choice and motivation to go for lower qualified job abroad.
